Nowadays the real estate world is oversaturated with realtors that aren’t committed to excel nor hustle in a competitive market like Connecticut. That is not the case with Billy Smart, who was recommended to me by another realtor. At first, Billy seemed young and laid back but that quickly changed when we started going to visit potential multi-family homes. Billy was honestly the perfect guy for the job. Me and my boyfriend have been struggling trying to find a place to live in the short timeframes we have. It was the second house we went and saw that we knew we wanted it. He listened to every detail I gave him and found the perfect matches for what I needed. He also kept in contact very well and responded extremely quick. All hours in the night he would answer. I couldnt find a place in 2 months and the time was coming I needed to move asap, he helped us find a place and sign a lease within 2 weeks. I am a very difficult person and yet we found somewhere perfect. If i could give him 10 stars I would.
