William is awesome! Whatever I say about him will not be enough. He is not just about business , but he treats you like a family. He wants the best for you and has the best interest for you and your family. He is always available, I have called him countless number of times … day and late nights and he has always responded. If he wasn’t able to answer, he would call right back. Very knowledgeable and will do comparisons and analysis to make sure you are not getting something for an unreasonable price. He dealt with me numerous transactions with selling and purchasing and made sure we got our dream home. He was very close with numbers to what the house was going to be appraised as well too and made sure we weren’t paying a higher price for something that was going to appraise at a lower value. Amazing… amazing… amazing… you won’t go wrong!!!! I had to make him promise us he would come over for bbq … gonna miss blowing up his phone ??

Andrew was an amazing communicator and made himself available to us as we tried to navigate house hunting with our busy schedules. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and got back to us quickly with answers to our questions about specifics on properties. While walking through homes, his knowledge was apparent as he looked for things that might be potential issues for inspections. Andrew clearly cared more about his relationship with his client than getting a transaction done. We highly recommend him to everyone and look forward to using him again in the future!
